The Role

If you thrive in a dynamic, physically engaging role that keeps you active, the Turret Operator position may be ideal for you. In this role, you will operate turret truck equipment within our Distribution Center to efficiently pick cases and pallets from our warehouse.

What You Bring to the Role

Knowledge & Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass Powered Equipment Certification tests for each assigned piece of equipment prior to operation.

  • A strong safety and compliance mindset
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to achieve company objectives
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for up to 8 hours daily, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Comfortable with heights to operate turret equipment
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English for effective communication and instruction
  • Ability to hear instructions, safety alerts, and equipment operations
  • Vision necessary for operating a radio-frequency keyboard and/or scanner and completing required data entry
