Café Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality products

• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing the prepared foods area

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales floor operations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and ingredients to ensure accurate labeling and storage

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Food Service experience preferred

• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) a plus
