Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
