About Us:
We are dedicated to the installation of new utilities, the replacement of outdated systems, and the repair of existing infrastructure. Our expertise lies in electrical and communications manhole installation, as well as conduit duct bank construction. Key Responsibilities:
As a BIM Specialist, you will:
1. Oversee the integration of BIM processes and standards throughout all project phases.
2. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to create and uphold BIM execution plans.
3. Manage BIM models and datasets, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
4. Lead clash detection and resolution meetings to address design conflicts.
5. Offer technical support and training on BIM software and workflows to project teams.
6. Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and best practices, recommending enhancements for efficiency.
7. Conduct regular audits of BIM models to ensure compliance with established protocols.
8. Assist in preparing BIM deliverables for client presentations and submissions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BIM coordination within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
- A strong grasp of BIM standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
