Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our Day Program team. The ideal candidate will have a current NYS RN license, general knowledge of medications and their interactions, and moderate computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and supervision of medical care for the individuals we serve.
  • Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring medical systems designed to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Review various assessments, logs, etc. and follow-up where necessary.
  • Ensure all medical appointments, tests, and lab work are completed as required.
  • Provide on-call phone coverage for emergency situations (M - F).
  • Assist with the AMAP certification process.
Requirements
  • Current NYS RN license
  • General knowledge of medications and their interactions
  • Modest computer skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
