Seasonal Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Ambassador to join our team at Lush Handmade Cosmetics. As a Seasonal Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and promoting our brand values.

• Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize our StoreForce dashboard to exceed sales goals, and consistently deliver a world-class customer experience by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
• Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits to confidently make informed product recommendations.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and Passion: Demonstrate knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
