About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Lowe Boats. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of our high-quality aluminum boats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble aluminum boats and sub-assemblies, partially or completely, working at a bench, in a boat, or on a shop floor.
  • Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or following blueprints.
  • Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners, using jigs and gluing.
  • Remove small quantities of metal with hand files and shears to produce a close fit between parts.
  • Operate drill presses, punch presses, air tools, or riveting machines to assist in assembly operations.
  • Install seats, bases, pedestals, consoles, cables, controls, graphics, etc.
  • Responsible for following quality systems procedures.
