Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operating Room nursing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
