Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dialysis therapy to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

• Deliver safe and effective dialysis therapy to patients in accordance with Fresenius Medical Care policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments, including vital signs, weight, and laboratory results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to patients.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in patient care, preferably in a hospital setting or related facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods, with occasional bending and stooping.
