Main Responsibilities
  • Strengthen the reliability, efficiency, and performance of client systems by leveraging technical expertise in end-user engineering.
  • Implement established standards and procedures that support managed infrastructure while ensuring operational stability.
  • Collaborate with IT peers across the organization to establish synergies and drive technological advancements.
Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate the design, testing, evaluation, implementation, and support for complex platforms.
  • Consult with application development groups and Field Services Technical Support to configure platforms for product installation.
  • Ensure platforms/systems conform to enterprise/industry standards and reference models.
  • Design and document enterprise standards and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in technical infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in all core Microsoft Technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VMPLS, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls) and storage solutions.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot technical issues.
