Job Title: Lead Registered Nurse

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our team in New York City, NY. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of our studio, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Administer medical therapies, including IV drips, intramuscular injections, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, while maintaining a safe and clean studio environment.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of medical therapies and promote membership sales and services based on client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to achieve company goals and promote teamwork and efficiency within the studio.
  • Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records.
  • Participate in community outreach, off-site nursing events, and other special projects to promote Restore's mission and values.
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered RN license.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification current.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
  • Minimum of one year's experience in administering IV/Injections.
  • Leadership/management experience.
  • Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
  • Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
