Compensation and Benefits:
This position comes with a competitive pay package, estimated at $120,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week. Additionally, you will receive a tax-free stipend, mileage reimbursement, medical benefits, dental benefits, employee assistance programs, vision benefits, holiday pay, guaranteed hours, license and certification reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan. You will also be eligible for a referral bonus and weekly pay.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Mobility Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide patient-centered care to individuals in need of occupational therapy services. Your duties will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient progress. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in occupational therapy, including experience working with patients with varying levels of mobility impairment. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is required, along with licensure and certification in the state of Florida.
