Position Overview:

As a Room Cleaning Specialist, you will be instrumental in upholding the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel for all guests.

Your responsibilities will encompass the daily management and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that guest rooms and communal areas align with our elevated standards.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize guest rooms to meet hotel standards prior to guest arrival
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces
  • Perform laundry tasks as required
  • Stock and oversee housekeeping supply areas
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner
  • Report any damages or required repairs to management
  • Manage lost and found items in accordance with hotel policy

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service preferred
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong team player with excellent communication abilities, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, reliable and dedicated with a strong sense of integrity, self-motivated and capable of independent work, adaptable to changing schedules and priorities, and driven to positively impact the hotel's success.
