Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Director to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth by building strong relationships with prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly leasing targets
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE AND CURRENT RESIDENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
  • Conduct personalized tours of our community and present features and benefits to potential residents
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure seamless communication and a positive resident experience
  • Evaluate and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience in the property management industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
