Nurse Job Description

At Provision Living Associates, LLC, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various nursing tasks.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify residents' changing needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to facility policies and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with relevant experience.
  • Current licensure as a LPN or RN in the state of employment.
  • One to two years of experience in a senior care community, with a proven track record of leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
