About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor at Grenada Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day nursing activities of our facility and ensuring the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and evaluate patient/resident status reports from previous shifts, ensuring resources are in place to meet their needs.
  • Make physical rounds to assess the quality of care, intervene as necessary, and interact with caregivers and patients/residents.
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Supervise charge nurses, aides, and other caregivers in carrying out their responsibilities, including medication passes, nursing care, documentation, and treatments.
  • Assess and monitor patient/resident needs to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide empathetic communication to families, patients/residents regarding changes in condition and care concerns.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid registration as an RN in the state of practice.
  • Completion of relevant state Board of Nursing-approved education and training.
