Culinary Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at City View Multi Care Center. As a key member of our dietary services team, you will be responsible for preparing and assisting with food preparation for our residents, while following specific dietary restrictions and providing alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods in large quantities
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred
• Sanitation certificate required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional attitude
