About the Role

The Lunch and After School Team plays a vital part in our school community, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the campus run smoothly. This position will supervise Kindergarten - 4th grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks, maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks
  • Maintain a safe and secure learning environment
  • Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
  • Assist students with homework and provide academic support
  • Collaborate with other faculty and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective team
  • Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and trash removal
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
What We Offer
