Senior Configuration Manager

IIC Services is an employee-owned company providing engineering and integration support to government customers. We are seeking a senior-level Configuration Manager to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system configuration management and the ability to work closely with the Configuration Control Board to define and implement procedures for releasing new products throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage configuration issues and oversee configuration management for all hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software configurations.
- Collaborate with the Configuration Control Board to define and implement procedures for releasing new products throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on change management processes to ensure systematic approval and documentation of changes.
- Manage product configuration to maintain integrity and traceability of configurations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations related to configuration management and control.
Requirements:
- No fewer than 7 years of experience in Navy shipbuilding and acquisition programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
