Job Summary

Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a highly motivated Janitor/Maintenance Person to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be comfortable working at heights. If you are a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms
  • Maintenance work, including painting, changing light bulbs, and hanging signage
  • Watering plants and performing other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Strong attention to detail
