Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit RN ICU to join our team at All Med Search. The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement care and interventions in addressing the problems of the neonate
- Carry out physician orders
- Assist physician during examination, treatment, and procedures
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vital signs
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Instruct and educate patients and families
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs
- Provide age and culturally appropriate care
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic patient care environment
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- Compact license accepted
- Current Healthcare Provider ACLS and BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- BSN highly preferred, ADN candidate considered with MS experience and enrollment in BSN program
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience in an acute care setting, 2 years preferred
Benefits:
- Starting salary $28.64 per hour, increasing to $42.95 per hour with experience
- Night differential $3.75 per hour, weekend differential $4.20 per hour
- Sign on bonus up to $10,000 with 2-year commitment
- Relocation assistance $3,000 with 2-year commitment
