Job Description

Galley Day and Night Prep Cooks assist the Lead Cook in preparing, serving, and presenting meals to passengers and crew. They prepare large quantities of cold and hot food items. Responsibilities include unloading ship supplies, maintaining on-board stock, and cleaning galley areas. Opportunities to present main courses or baked goods to the crew are available. Prior cooking/baking experience, including working a flat grill, is preferred. Benefits include holiday pay, 401K, and a season-end bonus. Galley staff must hold or obtain a USCG Merchant Mariner Credential and a Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
