Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds/Housekeeper to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and community cleanliness for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the grounds and landscaping, including mowing, weeding, and edging lawns, as well as clearing walks, patios, and drives of debris.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of apartment units and building common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Monitor grounds and pick up any debris to ensure the property's curb appeal is maintained.
  • Communicate with team members and residents to ensure quality service and address any concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in groundskeeping or housekeeping, preferably in a residential property management setting.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds, as well as stand and walk for long periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel between buildings and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and be physically able to perform the duties of the job.
