OB/GYN Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled OB/GYN Physician to join our team at the Defense Health Agency Civilian Corps in Falls Church, VA. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage complex gynecological and obstetrical cases, including masses, pain, urological complaints, bleeding abnormalities, hormonal dysfunction, and infections.
- Perform screening and diagnostic modalities for OB/GYN malignancies, including biopsies and colposcopy, and provide primary preventive care and education for women seen in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic.
- Participate in the medical education and training program within the department, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
- At least 4 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a strong background in clinical leadership and team management.
