- Education and Experience: One year's experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology, procedures, and practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in practice management and eHR systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish (preferred), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel up to 20% of the time.
- Competitive Compensation: A base salary range of $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development.
