BIM Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technologist to join our team at Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc.

About the Role

As a BIM Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration of information applying BIM technologies. You will collaborate with the BIM Manager to implement BIM standards, coordinate data management, and oversee technology implementation with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement project-specific standards and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Produce CAD detail drawings and create BIM models in accordance with project BIM requirements.
• Ensure BIM models comply with BIM Execution Plan requirements.
• Create and maintain the federated model, including subsystem models and Civil partner models.
• Ensure proper use and updates of BIM guidelines and processes.
• Manage tools used for design development, coordination, and collaboration.
• Support the BIM Manager in the deployment of the BIM solution.

Requirements

• College or bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering and Construction Technologies or equivalent education.
• BIM and/or AutoCAD Certification is an asset.
• Hand-on experience of using Revit, Civil 3D Navisworks, and Autodesk construction cloud ACC.
• 1+ year's production experience in design, coordination, drafting or engineering (Project and/or construction experience is an asset).

Starting Salary: $75,000.00/yr. (exempt)
