Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment in designated areas. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks and inspections on assigned equipment
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions
  • Communicate equipment malfunctions and corrective actions to supervisor
  • Assist in working with maintenance team members on rebuilds, installs, and general projects
Requirements
  • Ability to use hand tools and trade type tools
  • Strong mechanical background required
  • Able to identify industry standard parts
  • Able to work independently or as a team in a safe and efficient manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some electrical experience preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This position requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noises. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
