We are seeking a board-certified family medicine physician to join our existing practice in Winter Park, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience with or willingness to supervise advanced practice providers and proficiency with minor office-based procedures.

- Base salary starting at $250,000 plus bonus and benefits, including relocation, signing bonus, occurrence-based malpractice, and tail coverage

- Patient ages newborn to geriatric

- 21 paid vacation/CME days and $4,000 for CME/membership dues

- Work-life balance schedule with shared call and no weekend office hours
- Shared call with practice call only and no hospital rounding
- Patient census of 20-22 patients per day using the efficiencies of EPIC, electronic medical record
- Dedicated admin time of 4 hours weekly
- 4 or 5-day work schedule
- Clinic support team including one dedicated medical assistant, front office staff, and a practice administrator
- Specialty network with comprehensive team of specialists and ancillary services available
- Clinical utilization with opportunity to practice medicine as it should be
- Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine (or board eligibility within 3 years of completing a US-based residency program)
- Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
