Diamond Tree Recovery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive high-quality care and support throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, helping them navigate the recovery process and achieve their treatment goals.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to facility guidelines and protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with patient intake, discharge, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with staff and management.
- Inventory Management: Accurately inventory patient belongings and uphold facility policies and procedures.
- Education and Training: Educate patients on coping strategies and provide support to help them develop healthy habits and behaviors.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Clinic Admin Director to coordinate patient care, medication management, and other essential tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, shift notes, and group activities.
- Certifications: Possess CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handlers Permit.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of industry experience, with a medical assisting background a plus.
