Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical development of mechatronic systems, setting priorities and consulting the team to prepare design solutions.
  • Implement a strategy for the technical product in the given environment to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure cross-functional communication and information flow between organizational borders.
  • Contact person for external parties concerning technical content.
  • Support project managers in project and team setup, planning, and setting priorities.
  • Ensure information flow between systems teams/team members and engineering disciplines.
  • Consult engineers concerning technical issues in the project.
  • Prepare and decide on technical design proposals/solutions.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in mechatronic system development.
  • Understanding of vehicle level attributes/targets (integration, performance, efficiency, NVH, etc.).
  • Experience in automotive systems engineering, especially physical and data-driven system modelling, requirements engineering, system architecture, system integration, and verification.
  • Knowledge of automotive development processes and methods.
  • Awareness of ISO26262 / Functional Safety.
