This role demands an individual who can effectively oversee multiple projects concurrently while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of residential remodeling projects from inception to completion.
- Lead and manage a team of skilled craftsmen, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and construction documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine site evaluations to assess progress and quality of workmanship.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Address and resolve any challenges or disputes that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience as a Residential Remodeling Supervisor or in a comparable position.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
