Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all phases of residential remodeling projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled craftsmen, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and construction documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to all local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine site evaluations to assess progress and quality of workmanship.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or disputes that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
