Cash Waggner & Associates Seeks Experienced Land Surveyor

Cash Waggner & Associates is currently seeking a highly skilled and licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our land survey staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our fieldwork and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers and other land survey staff on civil and site development, transportation-related design, and construction projects.
  • Work on projects such as streets, highways, airports, railroads, sewers, and site development.
  • Manage and direct field crew activities.
  • Review boundary research and field surveys, including route and property surveys, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor licensure in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan preferred, or the ability to become licensed in those and other states as needed within 6 months of hire.
  • 3+ years of experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to various project sites.
  • Ability to access and navigate job sites and construction areas.
  • Ability to operate motorized equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors under various field conditions.

Salary and hourly wages are based on experience.
