Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, including apartments, common areas, and public spaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of apartments, common areas, and public spaces
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed
  • Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
  • Able to read, write, and comprehend English
  • Must complete an annual training
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
