- Closing and Administration: Oversee the closing process, ensure proper execution of documentation, and be involved in ongoing loan administration, including monitoring payments and compliance with covenants.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market conditions, trends, and prevailing interest rates to effectively navigate the syndication process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Experience: Strong understanding of syndicated loan products, market conventions, and regulatory requirements.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Relevant industry-recognized professional certifications preferred but not required.
