Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring the highest quality of life for all patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs)
