We offer a competitive salary range of $19-22/hour, reflecting our commitment to providing fair compensation for exceptional service.

This role plays an integral part in the implementation of programming and care plans by providing direct and indirect patient care that complies with Northpoint policies and procedures for unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly interact with patients, observing behaviors and communicating significant observations to clinical staff.
  2. Foster a positive, supportive, and structured environment; proactively respond to patient needs to improve outcomes and the overall patient experience.
  3. Collaborate with onsite clinical and medical staff as necessary to assist patients with their needs.
  4. Provide accurate and timely completion of paperwork, including daily logs and forms.
  5. Maintain daily schedules and structure, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient care.
