Lead Pharmacist

HealthCare Support is seeking a Lead Pharmacist to join a prestigious retail pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities for Lead Pharmacist:
  • Execute all responsibilities of a licensed pharmacist while serving as a mentor for the pharmacy staff; effectively manage customer concerns and streamline operations to minimize wait times.
  • Design, implement, oversee, and advocate for the sales strategy and other promotional initiatives as outlined by the pharmacy division.
  • Fulfill all obligations and expectations of a registered pharmacist in accordance with state regulations and ensure compliance with all legal and organizational standards.
  • Adaptable work schedule
Essential Qualifications for Lead Pharmacist:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmacy practice
