Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is a rapidly growing fast-casual concept with ample opportunities for career growth. As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll be responsible for helping lead the hourly shift team by focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, ensuring food safety and establishing systems.
A day in the life of a Front of House Supervisor:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Assist in planning and leading completion of all job task assignments and ensures adherence with safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
- Utilize company-training tools to provide hourly team members with training in all aspects of the restaurant operation.
- Perform regular administrative tasks including register and safe audits, deposit of company funds, reporting of all guest and team member accidents.
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to guest complaints.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $15-16 per hour, depending on experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team. Prior leadership experience in restaurants is preferred. You must also be able to stand up/be on your feet for long periods of time, lift over 25lbs, use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist, and maintain a clean and neat workstation following health code and sanitation standards.
