Athlete Partner Role

Nike is seeking an Athlete Partner to join our team at Grapevine. As an Athlete Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their fitness wants and needs
• Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and exceed customer expectations
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and drive business results
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest NIKE products and technologies
• Participate in store events and contribute to a positive store culture

**Requirements:**
• Be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations

**Compensation:**
Estimated salary: $15.50/hour
