Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our in-home assessment group in the Marion, VA area. As a PRN Nurse Practitioner, you will work autonomously to see Medicare age patients in the home, performing annual comprehensive health assessments. Our ideal candidate has experience in urgent care or ambulatory settings and is board certified in Family Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform annual comprehensive health assessments in the home
  • Work autonomously to see Medicare age patients
  • Travel up to 120 miles per work day with mileage reimbursement
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional personalized care
