Job Description\

We're seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Design Engineer to join our Telecom team As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with engineers to design and implement telecommunication networks, using ESRI's suite of products and other geospatial technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Design and implement telecommunication networks using ESRI's software suite and other geospatial technologies\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success\
  • Travel to job sites for observation and/or field work, working in all types of terrain and weather conditions\
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and ArcMap, 3GIS, Netdesigner, Python, and SQL\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders\
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that positively impact communities\
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and mentorship initiatives\
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and expertise
\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • \
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecom GIS, GIS infrastructure, or a related field\
  • An Associate's degree in GIS, Geography, Drafting, or a related field\
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills\
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively\
  • Proficiency in ESRI's software suite, including ArcMap, 3GIS, Netdesigner, Python, and SQL\
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace\
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills\
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box\
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Strong organizational and time management skills\
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\Estimated Salary Range\

We offer an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
