Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated ABA Therapy Specialist to join our team at Constellation Health Services.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, working closely with a BCBA and other team members.
  • Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior, informing treatment planning and progress.
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
  • An associate's degree (60 college credits) and a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
