Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ADP Globalview (SAP ECC 6.0 HR/Payroll) for New Zealand clients.
  • Collaborate with end-users to document and blueprint current and future processes, gathering payroll requirements through workshops.
  • Create and configure wage types, including processing classes, evaluations, accumulations, permissibility, schemas, rules, features, deduction models, third-party remittance, posting to GL, prepaid deductions, and year-end processing.
  • Design and implement work schedules, attendances, absences, and quotas.
  • Develop payroll training documents as needed and conduct end-user training.
  • Generate reports using various tools like wage type reporter, payroll reconciliation report, and ad-hoc query.
  • Advise clients on ADP Globalview/SAP HCM system best practices, processes, and practical HCM business strategies.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have experience in client-facing, lead implementation roles.
  • They should possess expertise in payroll for New Zealand, including compliance and legislation.
