The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and our customers, creating a unique experience for them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting or exceeding all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilizing our proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Demonstrating all products and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the entire product line
  • Offering additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educating clients of current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintaining inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assisting in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partnering with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintaining store standards and performing other duties as requested by management
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand
