Accounting Director

At iNtegrity+, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Financial Systems and Controls: Establish and maintain financial controls and systems that ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization; prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to create efficient and effective processes and procedures for the accounting function.
  • Onboarding and Support: Assist in onboarding new portfolios and provide support to the Operations Director on day-to-day projects and client requests.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury Teams on monthly servicer reports, payment & expense reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Experience (Public/Private) CPA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel.
