Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is a children's soccer program that focuses on character development and provides high-quality, foundational soccer training. We are seeking a qualified Soccer Coach to join our team in Lake County.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child
• Conduct fun and positive 30- to 45-minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum
• Communicate in a timely fashion with supervisors about any changes, challenges, or important information
• Complete the online attendance sheet for each session
• Submit timesheet per payroll policy

• Must love children and have a passion to make a difference
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
• Coaching, childhood education, and/or soccer experience are preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass an Illinois and FBI fingerprint Background Check and undergo a medical exam by DCFS standards

• $20-$25/session as Level 1 coach after training
• $18/hour for initial 15 hours of training

Soccer Shots is a locally owned and operated franchise with over 140 locations nationwide. We provide our coaches with lesson plans, uniforms, and all equipment necessary.
