Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. As a Home Flooring Representative, you will be responsible for meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to provide them with expert advice on flooring products.

Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Plus, you can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with personalized solutions that meet their budget and lifestyle.

About the Role:

  • This is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. With uncapped commissions, top performers earn over $100k.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to provide them with expert advice on flooring products.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized solutions that meet customer's budget and lifestyle.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by generating self-generated sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
  • Presentation skills, including wearing Empire branded apparel.
  • Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.

The estimated salary for this role is between $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning over $100k.
