Tragedy Cleanup Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Field Supervisor to join our team at Aftermath Services' Cumming, GA shop.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $32 and $39. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of jobs, managing cleanups, and handling necessary paperwork.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist our team in various bioremediation projects.
• Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in.
• Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
• Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
• Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.

Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• You must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
• You must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
• You must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
