Job Summary

We're seeking a reliable and friendly Line Cook to join our team at Pastini Corvallis. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing all food items in a timely and sanitary manner, following company procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare all food items to company standards, using approved recipes and specifications.
  2. Ensure station is prepared for anticipated levels of business and assist coworkers as needed.
  3. Meet all ticket time requirements and maintain company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  4. Record all waste and accomplish daily cleaning duties in a timely manner.
  5. Follow all company safety requirements and comply with health department regulations.
Requirements
  1. Valid food handler's card.
  2. Consistent, effective hand-washing techniques.
  3. Basic knowledge of restaurant operation.
  4. Friendly, professional attitude towards coworkers and management.
  5. Good time management skills.
Working Conditions
  1. Must be able to work a variety of scheduled shifts, including late hours, holidays, and weekends.
  2. Must work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  3. Must attend all staff, kitchen staff, and dishwashing staff meetings as scheduled by management.
