Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Engage with guests by making drinks in front of them and providing recommendations on menu items.
• Upsell guests on food and drink items when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and adhere to responsible alcohol service standards.
• Build guest count by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.

Requirements:

• Must be able to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow standards of responsible service of alcohol and meet local jurisdiction requirements.
• Must be able to operate the POS system and make change correctly.
• Must be able to calmly respond to angry guests and notify a manager.
